When do I get paid?

Payout timing is managed through your Stripe account. You can configure your payout schedule there based on the options Stripe makes available to you.

Are there any additional fees?

There are no hidden fees or setup fees. Paddli charges a 5% booking fee on each successful booking, and Stripe applies its standard payment processing fee separately. There is also a tiny charge to send SMS reminders, but these are optional. You only pay when you earn.

What if a customer cancels?

You control your own cancellation policy. Refunds and any fees depend on the policy you set for your field.

Can I change my pricing?

Yes! You can adjust your hourly rates anytime from your dashboard. Price changes apply to new bookings immediately, while existing bookings honour the original agreed price.
